Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
This includes the cost of standard shipping (excluding any extra costs for express or special delivery services).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be applied.
You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Returned items must be:
in original condition
unused
complete with packaging, labels, accessories, and safety seals
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Personalized or custom-made products
Sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons
Perishable or short-shelf-life products
Audio/video recordings or software once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications
If the value of the product is reduced because it was handled beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, or functioning, a partial refund may be applied.
