The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Please reply to that email and attach a short video clearly showing the issue, such as:

If providing video evidence is not possible or if the issue is not clearly visible, we may request that the item be returned for evaluation.
⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.
